Come Celebrate the 36th Annual Gypsy Caravan!Welcome to the Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra's Gypsy Caravan 2008. Since 1973, the Saint Louis Symphony Volunteer Association has presented one of the Midwest's largest antique, craft and flea markets. The event is a holiday tradition that many in our community and surrounding region eagerly anticipate. This year, up to 30,000 are expected to enjoy the unique atmosphere of this festive fair. Gypsy Caravan will be held on the campus of the University of Missouri- St. Louis, where it was held from 1995 – 2000. The location has wonderful accessibility off of both I-70 and I-170, ample free parking and is easy to reach by car or by MetroLink and MetroBus. The Best Flea Market as awarded by the 2007 RFT Times Best Of! The 2007 Gypsy Caravan brought more than 350 vendors selling sundry bric-a-brac — including T-shirts, antiques, sports memorabilia, quilts and birdhouses — from as far away as Texas, Florida and Louisiana. But just as rewarding as the bargains to be found at the Gypsy Caravan is knowing that the $5 entrance fee ($20 for early-bird shoppers) goes to support the Symphony. Come to Gypsy Caravan and something is bound to catch your eye, capture your heart or whet your appetite. Delicious food and beverages are also a part of the event and refresh those who spend part of the holiday with us. Visit our web site often as we will include information for both shoppers and vendors. Just click on your chosen link to find out more about:

Gypsy Caravan is presented by the Saint Louis Symphony Volunteer Association with the cooperation of the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
